What You’ll Be Doing (aka your impact) You’ll be a key partner in the employee journey—from offer letter to onboarding to growth conversations. People Operations Own onboarding and offboarding experiences that feel organized, welcoming, and human Keep employee records clean, accurate, and audit-ready in our HRIS Support performance reviews, documentation, and employee lifecycle milestones Employee Experience Be a go-to HR resource for employees—answering questions with clarity and empathy Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and follow-through Help reinforce a culture of accountability, trust, and respect Payroll & Benefits Support Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment prep, and employee communications Help review benefit invoices and track eligibility changes Compliance & Structure Support compliance across federal, state, and local employment requirements Assist with updating policies, handbooks, acknowledgements, and training recordsKeep HR processes consistent as the company continues to grow Talent Support Assist with recruiting logistics—job postings, interviews, hiring documentation Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting to deliver a smooth candidate experience Who You Are You’re someone who: Loves details but never forgets the human behind the data Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Communicates clearly, professionally, and with empathy Takes ownership and follows things through Understands confidentiality isn’t optional—it’s essential What You Bring Must-haves 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role Working knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal skills Nice-to-haves Experience with Paycor, Paylocity, or similar platforms Benefits and payroll support experience HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or working toward one Experience in a fast-paced or growing company Why Exhibitus You’ll help shape HR operations—not just maintain them You’ll work with leaders who value structure, clarity, and people-first thinking You’ll be part of a creative, collaborative, and growing organization You’ll have room to grow as the People & Talent function continues to evolve Exhibitus Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
