Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Operations (East Coast)

Ergomed seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The role encompasses calendar management, executive operations, board coordination, and comprehensive administrative leadership support in a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO and ELT calendars across time zones, resolving conflicts and optimising executive time
- Own executive operations: ELT meeting planning, agenda setting, action tracking, and decision documentation
- Coordinate Board and Committee cycles, including scheduling, materials preparation, and minute support
- Prepare decision-ready briefing materials and presentations for leadership and external audiences
- Handle end-to-end travel logistics, expense processing, and real-time travel disruption management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars and international travel
- Significant background supporting C-suite executives in global organisations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to manage complexity and competing demands
