Indianapolis, IN | Hybrid (after training) A respected Indianapolis CPA firm is seeking a client-focused Accounting Associate / Bookkeeper to support a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses. This role offers strong stability, hands‑on exposure to accounting, tax, and audit functions, and long‑term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients Perform reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries Process payroll and related tax reporting Complete month‑end close and prepare financial statements Partner with tax/audit teams and support client needs Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Public accounting or multi‑client experience preferred Strong accrual accounting knowledge and Excel skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and client‑focused $60,000–$70,000 + health, 401(k) with match, PTO, disability coverage, HSA, and hybrid flexibility (1 remote day/week after training) Why Join Collaborative, team‑oriented culture Exposure to diverse clients and services Clear path for long‑term growth Interested?
