Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches to promote personal growth and resilience.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options through technology platforms, offering accessible services to clients with mobility issues or those living in remote areas.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to address their unique and often complex needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
