Qualifications include:

Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) **MUST HAVE THE CBHCM CERTIFICATION and SPEAK SPANISH**
Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development) and have a minimum of one year of full time or equivalent experience working with children and adults with Mental Health challenges needing assistance.
Previous Targeted Case Management experience.
Have knowledge of available resources in the Broward County service area for people with Mental Health challenges.
Is knowledgeable of and compliant with state and federal statutes, rules and policies that affect the target population.
Must have reliable transportation and a reliable laptop/desktop to complete documentation.
Must be able to commute throughout Broward County to see clients.
Spanish Required!

Requirements:

- Candidate must pass Level 2 FDLE background screen, local background and drug screen.

- Candidate must be a Florida resident.

- Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) Certification.

- Valid CPR/BLS Certification.

- Knowledge of how to complete documentation in the EMR (Lauris).

Job Type: Per-diem

Salary: $24-$28
