Senior Premier Account Partner - Payroll & Benefits
Gusto
Gusto seeks a Premier Account Partner to be the single point of contact for support inquiries for a high-value book of customers. You will guide customers through new features, provide proactive education, and collaborate across teams to solve problems while advocating for customer needs in product decisions and roadmaps.
You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and communication, uphold compliance and data privacy, and deliver exceptional service.
