Senior Accounting Analyst

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join the team. This is a unique opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys hands-on accounting responsibilities but is also eager to expand into financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering.

The role will initially focus on core accounting functions while providing a clear path to take on more advanced finance responsibilities as you grow within the organization.

This is a FULLY ON-SITE position, not open to relocation!

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, account reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support payroll processing and related accounting activities
• Assist with monthly close and financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in cash flow forecasting and financial planning initiatives
• Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting
• Support audits, internal controls, and inventory-related processes
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with accounts receivable, account reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong desire to learn and grow into broader finance responsibilities including forecasting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems

Preferred

• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment with complex operations
• Exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with fixed assets and audit support
• Public accounting or audit experience is a plus
