Total Rewards Specialist

Whitecap Search is seeking a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day compensation operations, engage in market surveys, and perform analytical deep-dives into compensation structures. This role involves building sophisticated models and collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners to effectively communicate compensation structures and philosophies.
Job Function- Oversee day-to-day compensation operations including:
- Offer modeling
- Incentive calculations
- Support for annual compensation cycles
- Participate in market surveys and conduct analytical deep-dives into compensation structures across different roles and locations.
- Build sophisticated Excel/Google Sheets models incorporating complex formulas for equity valuation and total rewards scenarios.
- Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners while communicating directly with candidates about compensation structure and philosophy.
- 2-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and operations, or related HR functions such as people analytics, HR operations, or busness partnering.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including complex formulas, data modeling, and financial calculations (proficiency will be evaluated during interviews).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools; interest in developing technical skills including basic coding is valued.
