What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example: As Sous Chef, you'll manage kitchen standards, lead shifts, and set the tone for our team.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create high-end small plates and entrees, paired with a carefully curated cocktail menu.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold excellence in kitchen cleanliness, organization, and overall operation.

Who We're Looking For:

• Team-Oriented: Must be comfortable working with a diverse and creative team. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
• Experience: 2+ years in high-quality restaurants or kitchen environments, with a passion for food and cooking.
• Leadership Potential: This position offers growth into a CDC or Executive Chef role we want someone who's eager to rise through the ranks and contribute to our long-term vision.
