Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients and their families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, effectively guiding clients through complex emotional challenges, including grief, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Assist clients in recognizing and harnessing available community resources to support their therapeutic progress.

• Document therapeutic progress and client interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Provide expert testimony when required, offering insights based on therapeutic sessions and client histories to assist legal proceedings related to family issues.

• Support families through transitory challenges and changes, helping to stabilize their home environments and restore familial bonds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing transitional challenges, mental health issues, or relational conflicts. Your ability to approach each case with empathy and cultural sensitivity will be crucial in fostering trust and rapport, ultimately promoting healthier family systems and individual well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Texas.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical experience, consistent with state regulations.

• Strong proficiency in delivering individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrable assessment and diagnostic abilities to address a wide spectrum of mental health and relational issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
