Litigation Paralegal

Job Description ProspectBlue's has partnered with an AmLaw 100 firm in Richmond, VA and is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in their Government Investigations team. This is a full time, on-site position. This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of litigation or legal support experience who is looking to grow their Paralegal career within a sophisticated legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with discovery, document review, trial preparation, filings, and case management
• Draft routine legal correspondence, memoranda, and court-related documents
• Conduct basic legal research and maintain organized case files and document databases
• Support preparation for hearings, trials, investigations, and other case-related matters
• Track billable time and work effectively across teams and offices as needed Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of litigation paralegal, case clerk, or related legal experience preferred
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local court rules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research/document management tools
