About the Company
We’re currently partnering with a respected legal team seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to make an immediate impact while positioning themselves for a long-term role.
About the Role
This role involves supporting the legal team in various capacities related to personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
- Manage case files and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience preferably in Personal Injury law
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with case management software
- Familiarity with court procedures and filing requirements
