Role Description/Key Responsibilities Metro Lakes Marina & Rentals is seeking a dynamic and organized Head of Marketing & Business Administration to lead our marketing efforts while ensuring smooth business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and administrative environments and enjoys working in a vibrant, customer-focused marina setting. Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns , including email marketing strategies to drive engagement and bookings Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms with engaging, on-brand content Plan and execute events and promotions to attract customers and enhance community engagement Ensure full compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and operational improvements Maintain organized records and administrative processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management Proven ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends Experience in Sales and business growth strategies Public Relations knowledge and ability to foster positive external relations Excellent organizational and operational management skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Background in water recreation, hospitality, or marina management is a plus Compensation & Benefits $60,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Metro Lakes Marina & Rentals
