This role will oversee daily on-site operations at the sortation station to ensure operation safety, team efficiency, and overall standard workflow. This role will lead frontline teams, maintain operational discipline, and proactively resolve on-site issues to support smooth operations. This role must be able to work onsite in Fontana, CA, Naperville, IL, or Buford, GA.Supervise a team of warehouse associates for daily site operations, including training, workforce planning, scheduling, and task allocation to ensure smooth operation.Monitor loading, unloading, dispatch, and handover processes to ensure compliance with operational standards and service timelines.Enforce safety protocols, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.Handle operational exceptions, customer concerns, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.Oversee site facilities, equipment, and inventory to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and workplace organization.Prepare daily operational reports, track key metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.2+ years of experience in distribution center operation management or a similar role requiredStrong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiar with warehouse workflows, safety standards, and operational best practices.Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain operational discipline.Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven mindset.Bilingual in English and Chinese for daily communication and reporting.Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules, including shifts if required.Monday to Friday, weekend as needed$72,000 to $100,000 per yearMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Work visa Sponsorship
