Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly interact with clients in need of detoxification support by providing therapeutic services in both individual and group settings.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments while implementing and regularly updating integrated care plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Efficiently monitor client progress, responding to any emergent needs and adjusting treatment plans as necessary while ensuring adherence to standards set by professional ethical guidelines.

• Lead brief interventions, prevention strategies, and focused crisis intervention efforts to manage acute situations effectively.

• Document client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational guidelines while ensuring timely completion of reports and data submission.

• Participate in on-call coverage and ensure availability for crisis interventions after program hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
