Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator - Brighton, MA Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking an AP/Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations during a leave coverage period. This role will focus primarily on accounts payable while also assisting with reconciliations, general accounting activities, and financial record maintenance. Responsibilities Process invoices and support accounts payable operations. Review and maintain financial documentation and records. Assist with vendor inquiries and payment-related issues. Perform account reconciliations and support month-end activities. Help maintain accounting data and ensure accuracy of transactions. Support audit requests and other accounting projects as needed. Collaborate with the finance team to meet reporting and operational deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience. NetSuite experience required.
