Qualifications:
- 3+ years of culinary experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or chef-driven restaurant
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop culinary team members
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team while maintaining a positive kitchen culture
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and recipe execution
- Oversee station setup, prep production, inventory, ordering, and waste control
