Account ManagerA growing accounting and financial services firm is seeking an organized, client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate day-to-day account management. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating internal workflows, tracking projects, and ensuring clients receive timely, professional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes while building strong client relationships.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day client communications, including onboarding, follow-ups, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.Coordinate client projects by gathering documentation, assigning tasks to appropriate team members, and following up on progress.Serve as the liaison between clients and the accounting team, communicating processes clearly and escalating complex questions when necessary.Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, prepare progress updates, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and client service.Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience.Comfortable using technology, databases, and office software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on tasks independently.Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time | Salary: $60-80k+
