System Analyst 3

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience - or similar tool like JIRA (must be comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle)
2. 3+ years of as-is/to-be processes and content creation experience
3. 3+ years of experience using BA/QA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio)
4. 3+ Business Analyst experience
5. 3+ Quality Assurance Analyst experience
6. 3+ Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
7. 3+ Experience with creating product roadmap
8. 3+ Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile

Desirable Skills:

1. Previous work experience as a QA
