Shifts will include a mix of 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a. Each weekend will have its own defined shift routine. Potential examples of shifts include: 7a-7p for one weekend, 11a-11p for the next weekend, and 7p-7a for the following weekend. This role involves providing critical care in an emergency setting. Candidates must be prepared for the fast-paced environment of the ER. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
