Role Summary Lead a team of Account Executives to sell the Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals. Drive team performance, develop revenue strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to achieve organizational quotas. Responsibilities Develop and lead a team of 8–10 quota‑carrying salespeople. Formulate and implement strategies to increase business growth. Recruit, hire, train, and coach Account Executives. Present to C‑level executives and manage client escalation issues. Monitor sales activity, forecast performance, and report results to senior management. Plan and execute demand generation activities and successful sales campaigns. Build and sustain corporate relationships and executive engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Significant experience as an Account Executive with proven sales success. Excellent executive engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Cultural leader with strong operational strategy focus. Benefits Base salary range $146,160 – $195,480 annually, with regional adjustments.
