Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including individuals, couples, and family systems, to identify underlying issues and provide tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of topics such as relationship conflicts, grief, job stress, and adjustment to major life transitions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies that consider both mental and physical health aspects.

• Provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions for complex issues including blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, and conflict resolution.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as alcohol abuse, physical or psychological abuse, and major life changes like separation or divorce. You will specialize in fostering improvement in family communication, enhancing relational bonds, and addressing mental health needs in an empathetic and personalized manner.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
