Job Title: Outbound Coordinator (Cold Storage Environment)

Location: ColdTrack Facility
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (schedule may extend based on late pickups)
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Outbound Coordinator to oversee and manage outgoing shipments in a fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is responsible for coordinating pickups, communicating with drivers and the logistics team, and ensuring all outbound loads are accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate departures
Communicate with drivers and the Logistics Department regarding pickup schedules and delays
Load and stage outbound freight using a forklift while following safety procedures
Verify shipment details, including product counts, documentation, and load accuracy
Prepare shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and manifests
Monitor pickup schedules and adjust workflow as needed when delays occur
Maintain organization of outbound dock areas and staging lanes
Follow all safety, OSHA, and food-grade handling guidelines
Work in cold storage conditions while using proper PPE

Requirements:

Ability to speak and understand English for clear communication with drivers and internal teams
Forklift experience required
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours when pickups run late
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
