We're an AI platform company building out our partner ecosystem, and we're looking for a hands‑on senior partner marketing and go‑to‑market builder to help us do it. This is not an enablement‑content role, and it is not a strategy‑only role. We're looking for someone who has built partner activation and partner go‑to‑market before, from scratch, in a fast‑moving SaaS or AI environment — and who can take a product capability and a partnership opportunity and turn it into positioning, design programs, and a go‑to‑market motion that partners can actually sell from. What you’ll do, at a high level Build industry and virtualized partner positioning and go‑to‑market motions. Turn platform capabilities into partner‑ready solutions and partner activation programs. Work across technology partners, systems integrators, and cloud and hyperscaler ecosystems. Create the partner‑facing programs and materials partners sell and deliver from — not decks that sit unused. What matters in your background Minimum 5‑7 years of experience - You've done partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing before — hands‑on, not oversight. You come from e‑commerce, retail, or customer engagement. This one matters to us. You've shipped vertical programs and solutions that partners actually used and adopted by partners. You have experience working in ISV motion with focus on technology and AI partnerships or verticals marketplaces. You move fast, build from scratch, and think like an operator. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Program & Marketing Lead to help build and scale our partner ecosystem. Reporting into Partnership organization. This is a cross‑functional, hands‑on role focused on partner programs, partner marketing, communications, design partnership, co‑sell activation, and ecosystem execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and the teams in Partnership to build, coordinate and execute initiatives that drive partner engagement and growth. Acting as the connective tissue across teams, you will ensure partner‑facing priorities are aligned, stakeholders have what they need to produce and execute successfully. This is a builder role. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You will be equally comfortable managing a complex cross‑functional project, creating and vetting partner‑facing content, supporting a partner event, coordinating a product launch, or driving a co‑sell activation program. Partner Programs & Activation Support and own the development and execution of partner programs, activation initiatives, and ecosystem campaigns. Drive co‑sell activation efforts and partner go‑to‑market initiatives across the organization. Partner with Partner Account Managers to support partner recruitment, engagement, and growth initiatives. Identify creative opportunities to promote partners and increase ecosystem visibility. Cross‑Functional Program Management. Coordinate partner‑related initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Operations. Own project management for key partner programs, including requirements, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Ensure internal teams are aligned on partner‑facing priorities, deliverables, and execution plans. Act as the central coordinator to drive successful execution across multiple work streams. Partner Marketing Create and manage partner‑facing content, communications, campaigns, and enablement materials. Translate product capabilities, launches, and roadmap updates into partner‑ready messaging and collateral. Support partner announcements, newsletters, case studies, launch communications, and ecosystem storytelling. Work closely with Product Marketing and Communications teams to deliver impactful partner communications on the basis of Partnership team and for our partners. Events, Campaigns & Reporting Support planning and execution of partner events, campaigns, webinars, and ecosystem activations. Coordinate across Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful delivery. Track program performance and partner marketing investments. Support reporting, ROI analysis, and post‑program reviews to help improve future initiatives and investment decisions. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Partner Programs, Ecosystem Marketing, Product Marketing, Design Program Management, or related fields. Experience in Retail, commerce and related fields. Experience working closely with partners and partner ecosystems (such as agencies, GSI, and ISVs). Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Operations. Strong marketing, communication, and content development skills. Excellent project and program management capabilities. Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Creative, resourceful, and execution‑oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects from concept through delivery. Ability to work with AI to build plans and support on content creation.
