Role Responsibilities: Leverage existing network of employee benefit broker contacts to position Colonial Life's voluntary benefits portfolio & enrollment support Build a network of producing brokers & a book of customers (employers) with expectations for long-term service strategies Position enrollment & communications strategies for new employers: Support Benefits Administration Implementation / Management Helpful Qualifications: Experience in employee benefits industry Strong network of active broker relationships (no geographic limitations to the candidate's broker network) Preferred location is within the Kansas City Area, Eastern Kansas, Western Missouri Excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
