Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage billing activities and ensure timely invoicing
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain customer account records and payment information
- Perform data entry and account updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with accounts receivable functions and payment processing
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage billing and accounting transactions
- Work within Excel to track, analyze, and reconcile data
- Support the accounting team with special projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with EDI transactions
- Prior experience in a high-volume billing environment
