Litigation Paralegal – Probate, Trust & Guardianship Litigation Location: North Palm Beach, Florida Type: Full-time, In-person A highly regarded boutique law firm in Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team, supporting attorneys across complex probate, estate, trust and guardianship litigation matters. The firm handles sophisticated and often time-sensitive disputes, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, elder exploitation claims, emergency guardianship proceedings and injunction matters. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who enjoys working on complex matters and wants to play an integral role within a high-performing legal team. Responsibilities will include: Supporting attorneys with case management, pleadings, motions, discovery and litigation documents Preparing and proofreading court filings, correspondence, subpoenas and related documents Coordinating court filings, transcripts, certified records and emergency filings Assisting with discovery and subpoena management Monitoring deadlines, court requirements and case workflow Communicating professionally with clients regarding scheduling, documentation and procedural matters Maintaining accurate electronic and physical case files Assisting with intake, conflict checks and matter administration Supporting timekeeping, billing and expense processes Working closely with attorneys on complex and sensitive litigation matters The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience in probate, guardianship, estate/trust or fiduciary litigation strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Florida litigation and probate procedures Excellent drafting, proofreading and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to take ownership of work Experience with systems such as Clio, NetDocuments, ShareFile, Asana or similar platforms Paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies preferred Florida Notary status, or willingness to obtain it, preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
