The company offers a collaborative environment, modern equipment, and opportunities to broaden your fabrication skills through cross training and advancement.This Role OffersCompetitive hourly compensation.Comprehensive health benefits.Paid holidays and paid time off.Stable, full time employment with a growing manufacturer.Opportunities for cross training and career advancement.A clean, safety focused manufacturing environment.The chance to work with precision fabricated architectural products serving a wide variety of commercial markets.FocusSet up and operate CNC and hydraulic press brake equipment to produce precision metal components.Operate hydraulic sheet metal shears as needed to support fabrication operations.Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD generated drawings to ensure accurate production.Program machinery and adjust equipment to meet production specifications.Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards.Perform routine machine maintenance and identify equipment issues before they affect production.Follow established safety procedures while maintaining an organized work area.Work collaboratively with production personnel to meet quality and scheduling objectives.Skill SetMinimum of one year of experience operating hydraulic press brakes and sheet metal shears.Experience performing machine setup and programming.Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and CAD drawings.Proficiency using precision measuring equipment including tape measures, micrometers, squares, and protractors.Strong understanding of dimensional accuracy and quality control.Ability to safely lift between 50 and 100 pounds throughout the workday.Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.Dependable work ethic with strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.About the OpportunityThis position is ideal for an experienced fabrication professional who enjoys hands on manufacturing work, takes pride in producing quality components, and wants to contribute to a growing organization with a strong reputation for craftsmanship.
