This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and management while helping keep repair orders, invoicing, and shop workflow running smoothly. Position Summary The Shop Administrator acts as an advisor, coordinating vehicle service requests, communicating repair information, creating work orders, and assisting with invoicing and billing. This role is critical to ensuring efficient shop operations and excellent customer service.
