Machine Operator- Pay up to $23/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay: up to $23/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)- Training schedule- 6-8 weeks

2nd- 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)

3rd- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate up to four industrial machines simultaneously.
• Perform tooling changes using hand and power tools.
• Use measuring tools and calipers to ensure product quality.
• Complete production and batch documentation accurately.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting.
• Read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Move materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers.
• Ability to lift, push, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Stable work history with at least 1 year per employer preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience.
• Press or laser operation experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Large manufacturing environment experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
