DevOps EngineerLocation: Plano, TX (Only local candidates who can come for in person interview) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12 Months ContractKey Focus Area :: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a large banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines while working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. This role requires hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and previous software development experience.Must Haves5–8 years of hands-on DevOps experience.Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and pipeline automation.Hands-on experience with Harness (Required).Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions (Required).Experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket.Previous development experience with Java/J2EE or.NET.Strong PowerShell scripting experience.Experience working with databases.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Automate application build, deployment, and release processes.Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.Support migration to GitHub Actions and Harness.Troubleshoot deployment and production issues.Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.Create and maintain technical documentation.Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)
