Oncology Development Executive- Baltimore, MD territory (Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Towson, Bel Air, Aberdeen, Elkton)

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive for the Baltimore, MD territory to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems. The role combines strategic account management, clinical expertise in precision medicine and molecular diagnostics, and cross-functional coordination to expand adoption of oncology diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and competitive displacement across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems in assigned territory
Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase adoption of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio
Establish and maintain relationships with physician leaders, pathology groups, and executive decision makers
Lead consultative sales engagements on oncology diagnostics, precision medicine adoption, and testing strategy optimization
Represent Labcorp's molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, and liquid biopsy solutions to customers and coordinate cross-functional resources

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, or equivalent education/experience combination
5 years business development/outside sales experience with precision medicine or molecular diagnostics
3 years oncology-related commercial experience
Strong knowledge of oncology care pathways, biomarker testing, and precision medicine strategies
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Consultative selling skills and proven track record of quota attainment and new account acquisition
Established relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and health system stakeholders
