Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to each client's unique issues and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessments and safety plans when needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to promote community engagement and peer support.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
