Details Adult Intensive Care Unit within a hospital setting 30-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 Cares for patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psych disorders Uses Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000 equipment Utilizes Epic EMR Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts (7p-7:30a) Every other weekend commitment required (Friday/Saturday nights) Floating to other inpatient units required during low census No on-call requirements Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required Comprehensive assessment skills required Experience caring for septic patients and mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices required CRRT and Epic experience preferred No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Report to 3 East in the Tower building and park in employee parking (yellow lined spots) Orientation includes required modules on the first day, Epic training if needed, and one day of unit orientation Navy scrubs required; hoodies and non-facility sweatshirts are not permitted Team players with a positive attitude, flexibility, and empathy are ideal candidates Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced bill rate American Traveler Job ID P-745773.
