Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 1st Shift Hours

Job Duties

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet guests, visitors, and customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support daily office operations as needed

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and callers
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
Work performed in a professional office environment with minimal physical hazards
