Join Our Team as a Teacher Aide!

Do you enjoy working with young children and want to make a meaningful difference every day? Families & Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR, Inc.) is looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aides to support our Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms.

As a Teacher Aide, you'll play an important role in helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

What You'll Do

Support teachers with daily classroom activities and learning experiences
Assist children with hands-on learning, play, and developmental activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
Assist during meals, transitions, and outdoor play
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Help supervise children while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
Work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to early childhood success

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience working with children under age 5 preferred
Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping children learn and grow
Ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism
