Business Development Representative

Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

Pay: Salary + Commission, OTE $65,000 to $70,000/year

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Training start date: July 9th)

Greene Resources is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team! Serve as the first point of contact with potential customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic ambassador of our complex product who is ready to grab the mic, find their own voice, and cold call prospects. This position is on the front lines, helping to identify and build relationships with the next exciting company we'll target as customers.

What You'll Do:

1. Generate new, high-quality sales leads to set up demos for our Account Executives to close.
2. Meet all key performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly - 100 touches a day (50-60 phone calls) and 6 qualified demos per month)
3. Understand our client's products and how other companies can benefit from them.
4. Launch a successful career in software sales through world-class training from sales leaders who deeply care about your success.

What You Need:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Demonstrated success in a sales or business development environment, including prospecting, relationship-building, and meeting measurable performance targets.
3. Proven ability to communicate value, build relationships, and achieve performance goals
4. Ability to learn complex technologies (SaaS product, APIs, telecom) and apply them to business situations.
5. Self-motivation with a constant sense of urgency.
6. Excellent attention to detail, organized, and focused.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

1. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
2. Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas
