Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote telehealth environment. This setting enables flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients, ensuring that high-quality mental health care is accessible regardless of geographical barriers. The work schedule primarily consists of weekdays, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of additional flexibility depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to understand clients' challenges and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver impactful interventions that facilitate client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to align on client care strategies.

• Engage in peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve care delivery across the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCS), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Kansas.
