Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical guidelines to formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises, using de-escalation techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Create and maintain confidential documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care and seamless communication about each client’s treatment journey.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment pathways, while also advocating for their rights and addressing their needs within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapist will primarily serve diverse populations from various socioeconomic backgrounds and age groups. You can expect to work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to empathize and adapt your approach based on each client's unique cultural and personal experiences will be key to their progress.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, either as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and education levels.
