Home-Visit Parenting Educator & Family Advocate

Jobtailor in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated professional to provide parent education and developmental screenings to families with children birth to 5 years old, and to enroll families into the PCI Program through outreach in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties. You will build trusting relationships during home visits, deliver PAT curriculum-based guidance, support kindergarten readiness, and document activities and referrals, all in a multilingual environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
