Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel Corporate Associate in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of corporate experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions or capital markets offerings. Duties Engage in significant transactional work in mergers and acquisitions and/or capital markets. Draft and negotiate transaction documents effectively. Manage and nurture client relationships. Supervise junior associates in their daily tasks. Handle the day-to-day demands of clients with sophisticated needs. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant corporate experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Experience managing client relationships. Ability to supervise junior associates. Outstanding academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
