Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of experience in capital markets and/or public company representation to join their team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will join the 3rd through 6th year associate class, contributing to complex transactions and providing sophisticated legal advice. Duties Advise clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation. Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on complex legal matters. Provide strategic guidance on securities and listing issues. Support clients in navigating dynamic markets and regulations. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets or public company representation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar in Texas or eligibility for admission. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
