Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 CFS is partnering with a highly respected commercial real estate organization seeking an experienced Boston, MA (Hybrid - 2 Days In Office) Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 CFS is partnering with a highly respected commercial real estate organization seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join its growing finance team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong commercial real estate and retail property accounting experience who enjoys leading processes, reviewing work, and partnering with operational teams. Responsibilities Supervise and review the work of property accounting staff Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Ensure accuracy of tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and lease-related accounting Analyze financial results and resolve accounting discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Partner with property management and operations teams on financial matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate Retail commercial property accounting experience required Prior review or supervisory experience required Experience with Yardi or MRI software is required Strong understanding of GAAP and property accounting principles Excellent analytical and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office Comprehensive benefits package Growth-oriented and collaborative environment #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
