Essential Responsibilities On‑site physical oversight of day‑to‑day operations Ensure all state and federal requirements for assisted living programs are met and maintained Financial management, including development of operational budgets, forecasting, FTE management and staffing, and capital requirements Implement facility’s sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy objectives Oversee overall internal and external customer relations, including community relations, resident/family relations, and facility growth and development Human resource management: coach and develop the management team, provide direction on employee issues Implement and manage company policy and standards Ensure each resident has access to appropriate medical and psychosocial services Assist in developing and implementing a staffing plan, including orientation and ongoing training programs Oversee resident service plans and coordination needs Maintain overall quality of programs and ensure record‑keeping complies with all regulations Provide services that respect and enhance resident dignity, privacy and independence Develop and manage employee retention and appreciation programs Manage the assisted living program, including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising all staff; conduct criminal background checks and coordinate recruiting initiatives Perform other duties as directed Qualifications Assisted Living Facility Administrator license in VA is required Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator preferred Morningside Elite Management provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Morningside-House-of-Leesbur
