Clinical Account Specialist - Palm Bay - Fort Pierce - Port St. Lucie, FL Kestra Medical Technologies combines high‑quality cardiac device therapies with wearable technology to improve patient comfort and outcomes. The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) plays a critical clinical role within key hospital accounts, ensuring high‑quality patient experiences and seamless coordination of cardiac wearable therapy. The CAS focuses on patient‑facing and provider‑facing activities, including pre‑fitting conversations, collection of clinical documentation, coordination with case managers for discharge timing, and delivery of initial patient fittings. The CAS also provides clinical in‑services, supports EMR workflow set‑up, and serves as a trusted resource for clinicians and care teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Provide quality and timely fittings for patients in assigned key accounts. Collect additional documentation from patients and providers post fitting. Perform initial patient fittings and field‑based follow‑up tasks. Support EMR set‑up within key accounts to streamline order processing. Recommend process and training for patient compliance and experience. Link the SWO renewal process back to the appropriate physicians for continuing care. Deliver clinical in‑services to personnel within key accounts. Manage inventory for fittings in local areas. Support SWO growth and maintenance within established accounts. Forecast and regulate inventory management needs for local areas. Assist with follow‑up tasks for renewals, discharge dates, delivery documentation, and clinical documentation. Review CareStation reports for patient‑triggered episodes and events and communicate findings to providers. Adhere to the Pledge of Confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical science (nursing, physiology, biology) or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac nursing, or cardiac medical device clinical support. Experience in patient education, cardiac disease management, or supporting cardiac care pathways. Competency with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems. Excellent communication skills and collaboration across clinical, operational, and commercial teams. Ability to consistently work remotely. Residency in the assigned territory. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience in medical device and/or DME. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable healthcare setting. Experience working closely with Sales Leaders and Territory Managers in the field. Start‑up experience with clear strategic execution and cross‑department communication. Mission driven to improve heart‑failure patients’ quality of life.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

COMPENSATION

Annualized salary ranges: $115,000 – $125,000, plus bonuses commensurate with experience and location.
