Staffing Coordinator

Washington state, United States | Posted on 07/09/2024 Serene Nursing Services Staffing Coordinator will be responsible onboarding new employees, filling and replacing contracts/per diem orders, building and updating schedules and calendars, replacing callouts, etc. You will also ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. Responsibilities: Complete and post monthlynursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage ofunits. Answer employee calls regardingscheduling issues and prepare written correspondence as necessary. Consult with client facilitiesconcerning staffing and scheduling needs. Maintain daily tardy andabsenteeism calendars for employee performance appraisals, reporting tothe Director of Nursing Services all issues. Work with Human Resources andDirector of Nursing Services when scheduling modified work duty employeesin accordance with work restrictions and facility policy. Complete and update nursingdepartment employee records and maintain records of current certificationsand licenses for nursing department employees. Answer applicant callsregarding position availability and coordinate interviews. Communicate with clientfacilities to facilitate quality orientation programs and provide eachnewly hired nursing personnel with an orientation schedule. Create and uphold an atmosphereof warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment. Conduct routine maintenance to ATS database Perform other related duties as needed Requirements Must have a High School Diplomaor equivalent; Associates Degree preferred. At least 1 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar work duties . Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Maintain confidentiality ofall resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred Problem solving skills and Detail oriented Serene Nursing Services is one of the fastestgrowing Nursing staffing agency in Western Washington.
