Average Daily Volume: 18-28 patients per day
Case Mix: Procedures including Cath/PCI, TEE, Cardioversion
Rounding: Included
Phone Consults: Yes

FACILITY INFORMATION

Specialty Backup Available: Yes, general cardiologists and APPs
Support Staff Available: APPs available

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Cath/PCI
TEE
Cardioversion

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide weekend rounding for cardiology patients (8a-5p Saturday and Sunday)
Manage call coverage including STEMI response (phone and in-person as needed)
Perform interventional procedures: Cath/PCI, TEE, Cardioversion
Collaborate with general cardiologists and APP support staff
Cover both HPMC and GCMC campuses as required
