HR Generalist

Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience At least five years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting HR certifications like SPHR or PHR are a plus Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems such as Oracle and payroll platforms like ADP Sound understanding of federal, state, and local HR regulations Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization Main Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations, ensuring consistency across all functions Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new employees integrate smoothly and understand company policies Serve as the primary administrator for payroll processing and HR data entry into ADP and Oracle systems Prepare various reports such as benefits summaries, census data, and compliance documentation Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and maintain accurate personnel records Collaborate with international subsidiary managers on HR-related issues as needed Maintain confidential employee records and support security of HR information systems Participate in committees, special projects, and uphold affirmative action and EEO standards Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits package Opportunities for professional development and certification support Work in a collaborative environment that values integrity and innovation Potential for career growth within a reputable organization Ready to take the next step in your HR career?
