Essential Job Functions

• Review supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Enter expense invoices.
• Liaise between corporate and warehouse accounts payable departments.
• Answer vendor inquiries.
• Maintain and process accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
• Assists Accountant and warehouse personnel as necessary.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Performs filing and copying.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years' previous experience, preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Excel applications.
