Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple operating companies Manage full-cycle accounts payable including coding, matching, and payments Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 tracking Support weekly payment runs and internal control compliance Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close Partner with operating teams to resolve invoice and payment issues Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist 2–5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment Working knowledge of accounting systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations Solid understanding of basic accounting principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
